Space-E/Draw
A new design drawing support system that can transfer design data smoothly from upstream design to downstream design
When you not only enter information on a keyboard but also refer to dictionary files, existing strings, or an input history, time required for creating a drawing can be significantly reduced.
You can easily create shapes frequently used for a mechanical drawing by only entering dimensions. Abundant dimension lines and symbols conforming to JIS are provided. In addition, automatic generation of dimension lines and modification of display intervals are easily possible.
You can easily create a title field or a parts field only by entering information on a specific window.
This function can call a 3D model to extract a cutting surface. You can create and edit free curved lines and curved surfaces. To check shapes, you can rotate a system of coordinates or perform simple shading.

DXF files supporting reading and writing are as follows:
To set miscellaneous default values in the past, users needed to use startup GAL to enter settings in multiple lines.
This task required the knowledge of GAL grammars. In this version, you can now use a dialog to set the items that may be frequently changed for dimension lines, symbols, and mechanical drawings with the Misc. command (CMMS). Therefore, you can now easily set their default values.
In this version, hard copies of screens can be output. They can be also output in an image file. The name of a used command is "HDCP".
In the dialog, you can make the following settings:
You can use the graphic processing language GAL to easily develop a user-specific system. The functions customized on GRADE DASH/DRAW are also available (except for some of them).
You can use the following: data laid out in drafting arrange mode of Space-E/Modeler, and model files or symbol files of GRADE DASH/DRAW. In addition, the call and save functions of DXF files are provided as standard equipment. HP-GL and HP-GL2 PLOT modules are provided.
